At AMARELO INVERSIONES S.L. we process the information you provide in order to manage your booking request or enquiry. Below we explain how we do so, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD).

Why do we process your data?

We process the data you provide through the booking or contact form (name, email address, telephone number, number of guests, dates and message) in order to handle your availability request, manage the booking and respond to your enquiries.

What is the legal basis for processing?

The legal basis is the application of pre-contractual measures and the management of the relationship with the data subject at their request (article 6.1.b GDPR), as well as your consent when submitting the form (article 6.1.a GDPR).

How long do we keep your data?

We will keep your data for as long as necessary to deal with your request and, thereafter, for the periods legally required to address any liabilities. Once no longer necessary, the data will be deleted using appropriate security measures.

Who do we share your data with?

Data will not be transferred to third parties, except where legally required. Data may be processed by service providers (for example, email or web hosting providers) acting as data processors with appropriate safeguards.

What are your rights?

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to info@villarecaredo.es, stating the right you wish to exercise. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if you consider that the processing does not comply with current legislation.
